1. Are your products handmade?
Yes, all our products are handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of this, slight deviations in color, finish, and design may occur, making each piece unique.
2. What finish options are available for your products?
Our products come in raw steel, which will naturally rust over time. You can also choose a painted option with a clear coat to protect from rust or a clear coat on the raw steel for protection without additional color. Make sure to select one of these options when ordering.
3. Are all products in stock?
We try to keep our products in stock, but due to the handmade nature of our items and sales volume, we cannot always guarantee immediate availability. If an item is out of stock, it will be produced as soon as possible.
4. How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Orders are processed and produced as soon as possible, typically within 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Can I return or exchange my item?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
7. How do I care for my metal products?
To maintain the appearance of your product, especially if it is in raw steel, we recommend keeping it in a dry environment to prevent rust. If your product has a clear coat or paint finish, gently clean it with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
8. Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes, we welcome custom design requests! If you have a specific idea in mind or want a personalized touch on any of our products, please contact us at andy@crossedshoes.com to discuss options and pricing.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods listed on our checkout page. All payments are required upfront to complete your order.
10. How do I know my order was received?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at andy@crossedshoes.com.
